• Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We ship across India and selected international locations using trusted logistics partners.

Domestic Delivery (India):

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Areas: 5–8 business days

• Remote/PIN-restricted zones: 7–10 business days

International Shipping:

• 10–18 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery time may vary during seasonal or festival rush periods.

3. Shipping Charges

• India:

  • ₹0 for orders above ₹1500

  • ₹90 flat shipping for orders below ₹1500

• International:

  • Calculated at checkout based on location and weight

  • Duties or taxes (if applicable) are to be borne by the customer at destination

• All products are packaged in tamper-proof, eco-conscious packaging.

• Glass and liquid items are securely padded to avoid damage.

5. Delayed or Missed Delivery

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time:

• For missed deliveries, the courier usually attempts redelivery or leaves a pickup note.
