1. Order Cancellation

• Cancellation Window:
  Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
  After this window, the order is typically processed for dispatch and cannot be cancelled.

• How to Cancel:
  Please email us at prachinarkshala@gmail.com or message our support team with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

• Auto-Cancellation:
  In rare cases, if a product is out of stock or there’s an issue with payment processing, the order may be automatically cancelled, and you will be notified immediately.

2. Return Policy

Due to the consumable, sacred, and perishability-sensitive nature of Ayurvedic Arka preparations, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item

• The outer seal is intact and the product is unopened

In such cases:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

• Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved (for valid reasons such as damage or incorrect product):

• You may choose between a replacement or a full refund.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after product inspection (if required).

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Products returned after use

• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

• Minor variations in aroma or color (natural herbal variation)

• Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

5. Shipping Charges

• If a return is approved due to our error (wrong item, damage), we bear the return shipping cost.

• If a return is declined or made after the eligible time, shipping costs are non-refundable.
